Bank details (for payments via Direct Debit).

Collection of data is by membership application or renewal forms (online or paper) and forms for attending a rally or arranging a rally. Data is used to provide a service of membership and arranging rallies for the members (Data Subject).

Any Third Parties used provide their GDPR compliant Data Privacy Policies to confirm security and privacy of members’ data e.g. advertisers in the Club’s publications.

A member has a right to request access to all their personal data held by the Club for the purpose of checking it is lawful and accurate.

A member has the right to request erasure of their personal data at any time when there is no reason for the Club to continue to hold this data.
